Although with PC/steam the lines are blurred a bit as I can pick up quite a few older games for good prices. (that I can actually run on a laptop these days..)

Within the last year I picked up just shy of 40 on steam and a few VC titles. Better get crackin' and not pick up that last copy of Excitebots on amazon. :)Roberthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10037602872274407171noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8884169422383528093.post-38788220399010031642011-03-04T15:55:38.643-05:002011-03-04T15:55:38.643-05:00@Robert:

It's basically to just start completing games in general and try not to load up on new games until some of the backlog is done. I'm sure I'll break that if I find good deals or with Portal 2.

At least I completed Portal and VVVVVV last year even though they were fairly short. There were some out of the ordinary circumstances this year.... Can't really think of any gaming resolutions I'd like to follow through with at the moment.

That's a harsh resolution you made--hm, I think I've just realized I've never referred to by a name before. Wonder how I avoided that? It's always hard with usernames that aren't quite names. I guess I'll call you Coffee. That's a harsh resolution you made, Coffee. I'm not sure I could stick to it through that many games.

I was wondering if they are all games you haven't started or that you have started and haven't quite finished some of them, but reading through the comments, it seems like you've played a bit of each of them. Heh heh, you might make a resolution to stop doing that. I find that if I ever get a couple games at once it helps to leave one untouched to shame me into tackling it when I have a break in the other stuff I'm playing.

With the 3DS coming up, I figure there will be a lull in the releases (despite what Iwata says) and a bit of a strain on my gaming funds, so I'll get my chance to tackle my backlog then.WesFXnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8884169422383528093.post-61776819313904360992011-01-12T21:58:42.673-05:002011-01-12T21:58:42.673-05:00@Coffee, yes beating all the monsters. Luckily that particular game really does not take long - I finished that one up in 2 afternoons back-to-back. I have the same problem - I had come into a # of new games shortly before the end of the year, and my wife really spoiled me for Christmas. I liked the new years resolution list idea. I may have to put that to use on my blog shortly, though I'm not even sure where to begin. I got several games for each of my systems - and a new cpu w/ new games for it. Good luck on your gaming list - looking forward to your thoughts on several of them!Chalgyrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10879608925209948366noreply@blogger.com
